Official Rules & Regulations
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The La Femme Fashion Dress Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by La Femme Fashion, Inc., located at 2521 S. Alameda, Los Angeles, CA 90058 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are fifteen (15) years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants under eighteen (18) years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Giveaway. By entering, participants under eighteen (18) represent that they have obtained such permission. Sponsor reserves the right to request confirmation of parental or legal guardian permission.
Employees of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway began on October 9, 2026, when the designated La Femme Fashion Giveaway Reel was first published on Instagram. The Giveaway ends on October 19, 2026, at 9:00 PM Pacific Time (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received after the Giveaway Period closes will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete both of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:
Follow @lafemmefashion on Instagram.
Send the designated La Femme Fashion Giveaway Reel to @lafemmefashion through Instagram Direct Messages.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple submissions by the same person will not increase their chances of winning. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, incomplete, or submitted in violation of these Official Rules.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) eligible La Femme Fashion dress selected by Sponsor from available in-stock inventory after the winner provides their dress size.
Sponsor will determine the specific dress awarded based on available inventory and the winner’s provided size. The winner is not guaranteed a particular style, color, or design. The prize is subject to availability.
Sponsor will cover the cost of shipping the prize to the winner. The winner will not be required to pay for the dress or its shipping.
The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be substituted at the winner’s request. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $500 - $1000. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary, subject to applicable law.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted no later than October 20, 2026, at 6:00 PM Pacific Time.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be contacted by @lafemmefashion through Instagram Direct Message.
The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the time the notification is sent. The potential winner must provide their dress size and any information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery.
If the potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor will never require payment to claim the prize.
7. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts fraudulently.
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical difficulties, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
By entering, participants agree, to the extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
8. Privacy
Information collected from participants will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and arrange delivery of the prize. Any additional use of personal information will be subject to Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy and applicable law.
9. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from responsibility for this Giveaway. Participants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram.
10. Governing Law
These Official Rules are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
